Ingredients for Dahi Aur Bhindi :

  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Cup Bhindi
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Urad Dal
  • 10-12 Curry Leaves
  • 2 Green Chillies

How to Cook Dahi Aur Bhindi :

  1. Take a cup full of Bhindi and put it in a hot pan with some oil for sautéing.
  2. After bhindi, take onion in a hot oil pan and saute it till golden brown.
  3. Now add the bhindi to this pan along with salt, , turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.
  4. Mix all the ingredients well and then add curd. Mix the curd well.

Prepare Tadka:

  1. Pour some Ghee in the pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and green chillies.
  2. Saute the ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Pour the tadka over the curry and mix it well.
  4. Serve hot.
