Ingredients to cook Crispy Potato Coins :
- Potatoes 4
- Salt to taste
- Rice powder 2 tbsp
- Red Chilli powder 2 tsp
- Hing 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying
How to make Crispy Potato Coins :
Wash peel and cut potatoes in round shape
Marinate with salt and keep aside for 5 minutes
The potatoes will leave water .To this add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and hing and mix well.
After 2 minutes add rice powder and mix well till all the potatoes are nicely coated with the masala. Donot add water. If required, add very less water.
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry these potatoes and drain it to a paper towel.
