How to cook Crispy Potato Coins

    Ingredients to cook Crispy Potato Coins :

  • Potatoes 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Rice powder 2 tbsp
  • Red Chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Hing 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying

    How to make Crispy Potato Coins :

  • Wash peel and cut potatoes in round shape
  • Marinate with salt and keep aside for 5 minutes
  • The potatoes will leave water .To this add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and hing and mix well.
  • After 2 minutes add rice powder and mix well till all the potatoes are nicely coated with the masala. Donot add water. If required, add very less water.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry these potatoes and drain it to a paper towel.
  • Serve hot.
