How to cook crispy corn

  • Serves: 2 People

    Ingredients to cook crispy corn :

  • 1 cup boiled sweet Corn kernels
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp rice Flour
  • 1 tbsp all purpose Flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 green chili chopped
  • 1/2 Capsicum chopped
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • Oil for frying

    How to cook crispy corn :

  • Take a bowl and add corn kernels
  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp water over it and mix
  • Now add salt, pepper, all purpose flour, corn flour and rice flour and mix properly
  • Heat oil in kadhai and add corn
  • Fry until crispy
  • Once done, remove from the pan and drain on a paper napkin
  • To temper:
  • Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan
  • Add chopped green chili and capsicum and stir fry for few seconds
  • Now add fried corn, soy sauce, vinegar and mix properly
  • Serve immediately and enjoy
