Ingredients to cook crispy corn :
- 1 cup boiled sweet Corn kernels
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tbsp rice Flour
- 1 tbsp all purpose Flour
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp black Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 green chili chopped
- 1/2 Capsicum chopped
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- Oil for frying
How to cook crispy corn :

Take a bowl and add corn kernels

Sprinkle 1 tbsp water over it and mix

Now add salt, pepper, all purpose flour, corn flour and rice flour and mix properly

Heat oil in kadhai and add corn

Fry until crispy

Once done, remove from the pan and drain on a paper napkin

To temper:

Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan

Add chopped green chili and capsicum and stir fry for few seconds

Now add fried corn, soy sauce, vinegar and mix properly

Serve immediately and enjoy
