    Ingredients to cook Chole bhel :

  • White Chana – 1/4 kg (boiled)
  • Boondi – 1 cup
  • Sevu- 1 cup
  • Chopped Onion– 1 cup
  • Sweet chutney – 6 tbsp
  • Dhaniya powder-1 tbsp
  • Jeera powder- 1 tbsp
  • Coriander– 1/4 cup
  • Red Chilli/ Mirchi powder- 1/2 tbsp
  • Pudina– 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  • Chat Masala – 1 tbsp

    How to cook Chole bhel :

  • Heat a kadai, add water then add the boiled chana along with dhaniya powder, jeera powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, coriander, pudina, chat masala.
  • Mix it well and cook for 4 mins.
  • Next, arrange in one plate, next add the boondi, sevu, chopped onion and sweet chutney.
  • Serve it hot with a garnish of chopped coriander.
