Ingredients to cook Chole bhel :
- White Chana – 1/4 kg (boiled)
- Boondi – 1 cup
- Sevu- 1 cup
- Chopped Onion– 1 cup
- Sweet chutney – 6 tbsp
- Dhaniya powder-1 tbsp
- Jeera powder- 1 tbsp
- Coriander– 1/4 cup
- Red Chilli/ Mirchi powder- 1/2 tbsp
- Pudina– 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Water – 1 cup
- Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tbsp
- Chat Masala – 1 tbsp
How to cook Chole bhel :

Heat a kadai, add water then add the boiled chana along with dhaniya powder, jeera powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt, coriander, pudina, chat masala.

Mix it well and cook for 4 mins.

Next, arrange in one plate, next add the boondi, sevu, chopped onion and sweet chutney.

Serve it hot with a garnish of chopped coriander.
