Ingredients for Chilli Garlic chutney :
- Red dry chillies 10-15 pieces
- vinegar for soaking 1 cup
- Luke warm water around half cup
- garlic cloves 5-6 pieces
- sugar half tsp
- salt as per taste
How to Cook Chilli Garlic chutney :
Firstly soak the mirchis in vinegar for 10-15 minutes mixed with luke warm water..
After 15 min..take the mirchis out and grind them with garlic.
Now take a wok add half spoon oil..add mirchi paste in the wok..now put salt and little sugar in it, stir it nicely..You can add water if needed..Chutney is ready.
