How to Cook Chilli Garlic chutney

Serves: 4 People

Ingredients for Chilli Garlic chutney :

  • Red dry chillies 10-15 pieces
  • vinegar for soaking 1 cup
  • Luke warm water around half cup
  • garlic cloves 5-6 pieces
  • sugar half tsp
  • salt as per taste

How to Cook Chilli Garlic chutney :

  1. Firstly soak the mirchis in vinegar for 10-15 minutes mixed with luke warm water..
  2. After 15 min..take the mirchis out and grind them with garlic.
  3. Now take a wok add half spoon oil..add mirchi paste in the put salt and little sugar in it, stir it nicely..You can add water if needed..Chutney is ready.
