Ingredients for Cheese And Avocado Parantha :

  • 2 Cups wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 avocado
  • 200 gms mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp pizza seasoning
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • Salt

How to Cook Cheese and Avocado Parantha :

  1. Add together wheat flour, kasuri methi, water, salt, olive oil and work in a dough.
  2. Make small balls.
  3. Stuff them with avocado, mozzarella cheese, pizza seasoning & salt.
  4. Make parathas & fry with ghee
