Ingredients for Cheese And Avocado Parantha :
- 2 Cups wheat flour
- 1 tbsp kasuri methi
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 avocado
- 200 gms mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp pizza seasoning
- 1 tbsp ghee
- Salt
How to Cook Cheese and Avocado Parantha :
- Add together wheat flour, kasuri methi, water, salt, olive oil and work in a dough.
- Make small balls.
- Stuff them with avocado, mozzarella cheese, pizza seasoning & salt.
- Make parathas & fry with ghee
