Ingredients for Cheeni Paratha :
- 6 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 6 tablespoon ghee
- 1/2 cup water
How to Cook Cheeni Paratha :
- To prepare this dessert recipe, take a bowl and mix together flour and water. Knead it in the form of a stiff dough. Once done set it aside.
- Now, take small portions from the dough and make round balls from them. Flatten out each ball between your palms and then roll them thinly using a rolling pin. In the center of each rolled out paratha, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1/2 tablespoon of ghee. Close the roti and roll it out again. Roll it carefully and repeat this step with the entire dough.
- Place a pan over medium flame and add 1 roti over it. Let it cook on one side and then flip it to other side. the sugar will melt and pan might become sticky. now apply ghee over it and flip. let it cook and get golden brown. once done take it off the flame and serve it hot.
