How to Cook Cauliflower Dip

Ingredients for Cauliflower Dip :

  • 2 cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • chilli flakes as required
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • kosher salt as required
  • 2 onion
  • 1/2 cup virgin olive oil
  • raw peanuts as required
  • 1 handful coriander leaves

How to Cook Cauliflower Dip :

  1. On a chopping board, cut the cauliflower into small florets, chop the garlic cloves, coriander leaves and slice the onions as well. Now, in a pan, add enough amount of water to boil the cauliflower and garlic together and place it over medium flame. Add the chopped garlic and cauliflower florets in the pan and boil until the florets are tender. Once done, remove from heat and keep aside for a while.
  2. Now, place a pan with 1/4 cup oil over medium flame and add sliced onion and saute for a while. Saute well for a minute and then sprinkle kosher salt as per your taste. Mix it well.
  3. Take a blender jar and add boiled florets with garlic, sauteed onion, lime zest, yogurt and a little amount of water if needed. Blend the ingredients well to form a smooth mixture. Once done, add the leftover amount of oil and blend smoothly.
  4. Transfer the dip into a bowl and garnish with peanuts, chilli flakes and chopped coriander leaves. Serve it with your favorite snack to enjoy!
