How to cook Besan laddoo(Janmashtami greetings)

    Ingredients to cook Besan laddoo :

  • Besan 4cups.
  • Desi Ghee 1cup.
  • Powdered Sugar 2cups .
  • Elaichi powder 1tea spoon.
  • Almond 15 nos.
  • Walnut 10 nos.
  • Raisins 20nos.
  • Kewra water.1tea spoon.
  • Few Pistachio for garnishing.

    How to cook Besan laddoo :

  • Dry grind almond and walnut and keep aside.
  • Chop pistachios and keep aside.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan/karahi.
  • Put ghee ,when warm add besan and fry on low flame.
  • Stir contineously to prevent burning.
  • Do this for 15_20 minutes till besan starts to giving aroma.add elaichi powder.
  • Remove from flame and take out in a bowl/thali.
  • Let it be cool.add sugar powder,dry fruits and kewra water.
  • Make golf_ball sized laddoos.
  • Garnish with pistachios.
  • Serve.
