Ingredients for Akki Roti :

  • 2 cup rice flour
  • 4 tablespoon grated coconut
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 medium onion
  • 5 coriander leaves
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • salt as required
  • 2 green chilli
  • refined oil as required
  • water as required

How to Cook Akki Roti :

  1. Wash the veggies in cold water and chop them on the chopping board. Keep in a large mixing bowl and add rice flour, salt, cumin and make a dough out of it after adding water.
  2. Take out a small portion of the dough and roll it like chapati. Heat some oil in a pan over medium flame and fry it nicely from both the sides. Do this for the rest of the dough and serve hot with chutney!
