Ingredients for Akki Roti :
- 2 cup rice flour
- 4 tablespoon grated coconut
- 1 carrot
- 1 medium onion
- 5 coriander leaves
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- salt as required
- 2 green chilli
- refined oil as required
- water as required
How to Cook Akki Roti :
- Wash the veggies in cold water and chop them on the chopping board. Keep in a large mixing bowl and add rice flour, salt, cumin and make a dough out of it after adding water.
- Take out a small portion of the dough and roll it like chapati. Heat some oil in a pan over medium flame and fry it nicely from both the sides. Do this for the rest of the dough and serve hot with chutney!
